Return Policy
All sales are final and there is strictly no refund or exchange for our items after confirmation. If you received a wrong item or a faulty one, please drop us an email or WhatsApp us with details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the fault has been verified, we will ship out a replacement if available. In the event where a replacement is not immediately available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item in the form of shopping credits.
Terms and Conditions
All sales are final once payment is confirmed. A 1 year warranty is applicable for Alpha Egg Pen and Calf Microphone purchased from our e-store. Please register your warranty here AND keep the proof of purchase (soft or hard copy).
The warranty is VOID if the product is damaged under the following circumstances:
1. Not used properly and did not follow the guidelines in user manual which comes along with the product.
2. Found to have been dismantled without prior authorization.
3. Damaged due to misuse or negligence.
4. Damaged due to force majeure like earthquake, thunder, flood, war.
5. Used for commercial purpose or under all other abnormal situations.
6. Improper care such as not keeping the product dry, dust-free and clean.
7. Damage originating from falls or throws.
Prior to sending your product, please contact us. Our customer service team will provide you with the relevant details.
Do note that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for servicing of the item at a local Singapore address.
(Due to current strict Covid measures, no personal drop-off or visits are allowed at our premise.)
If major repair is required, an estimated waiting time of 5 - 10 weeks will be required for the inspection and servicing process. No hidden charges will be incurred.
